extend skeleton to hair

I have never liked it that in Bethesda games hair is a stiff hat essentially. How hard would it be when the CK comes out to extend a skeleton to all the different types of hair so that they move and fall naturally?

Dan3345: there are workable ways to get these assets into and out of Blender. both the rig and animations.

 

I'm pretty sure that hair is rigged already. There aren't dedicated hair bones (which would be a nice addition), but the hair isn't what I'd call "a stiff hat."

correct, which is why this time you can have rigged hair and have it work as hair. In previous games it was never rigged and if you rigged it it didn't work probably with the head morphs. So all rigged hair were wigs... Now we can have rigged hair as actual hair.
