Texture folder missing?

So apparently ive run into this problem where i dont have the textures folder in my data folder. I was trying to install the eyes of beauty and was having this problem and didnt understand why it wasnt working. Now when trying to install worsins ive figure out why.

Things that can make this mod not work:

1. Not having the Materials and Textures folders in your data directory

Does anyone know where the texture folder is hiding or how to fix this? I have reinstalled the game twice and its still not there. Couldn't find anything via google either thats relevant.

Vanilla game textures are usually kept in a .bsa folder. A texture folder is added when a mod is installed, usually. However, if a texture folder is not created when a mod is installed, just create one yourself and then install the mod.

I'm having a possibly related problem: after installing mods, my Textures folder has all of the relevant subfolders--but they're all empty.

For example, installed CBBE with NMM 0.65.10: but no actual texture files appear in any of the created folders.

NMM keeps a mods folder on my C: drive; while the game itself is installed on D:

Just used NMM to install >25GB of massive modded texture files for BiRaitBec's super-duper FO4 load order--and there's nothing in all those textures folders! All completely empty!! WTF?!

I mean, NMM recognized the install location of FO4 on D:--cause it created all those folders, plus some .esp's; but no actual texture files. What's going wrong here?
