jsnider193
would recommend get the tool skyedit .. believe hosted here, it is fairly easy to use and allows you to edit the data fields easily for existing items or new ones added to the game. Or go to this site www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes5Mod:SkyEdit If know hex then TESsnip is also easy to use to do what you are asking. nosisab
Man, although you can do it now with skyedit or tessnip (from FOMM), is it really necessary? be used to create weapons and armors at the forges in almost every city and do some enchanting... in meager time the smithing and enchanting will rocket and you'll like be multiplying armor defense and weapon offense... get increase smithing enchanted items and around level 20 even a light armor will be nearing the cap... YES, there is a cap around 80% and beyond it no improvement will help. Still, just for playing for fun and since what you want is somewhat a cheat already... get mods which gives you 100 enchanting, smithing and/or alchemy and try making a leather armor or iron armor and weapon, be not surprised with the values obtained after improving them at the bench and wetstone.
