According to Alternate mod launcher here're my arguments:

-fromLauncher -review -noRedScreens -noStartupMovies -CrashDumpWatcher
When I used the Firaxis launcher I just added "-noStartupMovies" in Steam and things were fine.

For console add:

-allowconsole -log -autodebug

I had no idea you're using NMM. I don't use it myself, mods from here I've manually installed.

Yea I'm using NMM which is causing the problem so I just manually put the mods in but for some reason when I use a custom launcher it doesn't recognize that I have mods. That's what I was trying to figure out.

Hrm.

Manually install mods into:

Steam\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods

Make sure each mod is in its own subfolder in the Mods folder. The mod's subfolder need to be named the same as their .XComMod file, IIRC.

So...

Steam\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods\LW_AlienPack

They work now thank you. The only thing that is weird is LW_Officerspack LW_perkpack and LW_toolbox all CTD so I had to remove em.

Odd. Perk Pack and Tool Box have both been updated for the latest version of the game, presumably you're using that? Of all that mods which could cause crashes the LW ones are the ones I'd least expect.
