Can I run "Fallout 4"

I've found system checks to be inaccurate at times, so I've turned to the community.

The game in question is "Fallout 4." I can run "Skyrim" on ultra settings, but can barely run "Skyrim SE" at all.

Do the specs of "Fallout 4' fall somewhere in between?

In my experience Fallout 4 is not optimized very well and even my old machine which ran Skyrim with maxed settings, ENB and 2k textures struggled to run Fallout 4 in the center of Boston. From what I have heard, even people with the best hardware have problems with the game sometimes.

Yup. Totally sucks when you get a PC able to run two latest games at once at almost 60fps yet F4 won't.
