Black stuffs appears on the ground, random ctd

So i have been modding quite a long time.. i have encountered lots of bugs, clipping. I have reinstalled skyrim a lot of time and begin from scratch though most of the bugs are fixed. However there are two things i could not get it right. The black patches appears on the ground and random CTD. The black patch fades when i zoom in and it shows everytime i came in or out from bar, cities. The black patch can be fix through going to desktop by alt+tab but its really ruin the game.

 

I have about 55ish mods, use nexus mod manager, LOOT to sort my load order and Tes5edit to clean up the dlcs. i dont have any graphical mod besides climate of tamriel(weather mod) nor i have any cities retexture. The other mods that i have are mostly animation mod, Hair, body and body's texture mod, weapon and armour mod and also dialogue overhaul.

Perhaps Usleep would take care of it since I don't see it in your list.It was designed to clean up vanilla problems I think.

That's strange. It looks like the bug that appears when you load too many .esps, but you don't have many at all.

 

Obvious question, but have you installed any mesh/texture replacers? I do not think it is a corrupt .bsa, as that would usually crash your game, but it looks like it would if that were the case. The game is just not loading your road texture for some reason. Does this happen on all the roads, or just this one (looks like outside of Whiterun)?

It happens not just on roads, it started on grass rocks near the riverwood. Then it goes to many different place not only in the cities also outside... sometimes people's face turns black too.. but all got fixed by switching to desktop.
