Follower won't summon her horse

I have Acalypha as my follower. Everything is working fine with her except she will not summon her horse. She refuses to do it no matter if I leave her behind or if I summon my own horse near her. She just stands there then chases after me when I leave mounted. I'm using Convenient Horses mod with no other horse related mods. Not sure if it's my load order or not so I copy/pasted it below from loot (not sure how else to post it here). Also if you see anything wrong with my load order like something should be somewhere else please let me know. I'm still pretty new at modding and can use all the help I can get.

Concerning your load order, you should run LOOT since it is impossible for someone of my limited mental faculties to memorize every possible combination of the 50k+ mods on Nexus alone. Since you are modding you will also want to run Tes5Edit to clean your masters. LOOT can be found on Nexus, web search for Tes5Edit. The latest edition of Tes5Edit is for Fallout4 and SSE.

I know it's pretty much impossible to memorize every mod and it's correct placing. I was asking anyone who has had these mods or knows about them might see something I did wrong. Obvious mess ups basically that being pretty new to modding I might of missed. As far as loot and tes5edit I have ran both, cleaned everything that needed it and I found was safe to clean. Loot shows no warnings and changes nothing about my load order yet my follower still refuses to summon her horse. I'm lost on what to do to fix it. I also ran FNIS to make sure there was no errors there and nothing.

I don't see a follower controlling mod (EFF, AFT,UFO) in your list and just started on my first cup of coffee for the day so I will probably miss something. I did not see on the description page any mention of a horse but that could be due to too much blood in my caffeine system. Is it possible her horse riding is tied into her Quest line? Other than that, I can only suggest a re-install of the mod.

I've never used one of those follower controller mods just convenient horses and my followers have used their horses like normal. That's why it is confusing me why Acalypha won't at all. I think I finished her quest unless there is more to it. It says ATF/UfO/EFF compatible not anything else. Could that mean I have to have one of those for her to summon her horse? It doesn't say it's required or really anything that's required other than the Dawnguard dlc. I have all of the dlcs. I feel you on the coffee to blood ratio that's me right now so my brains drawing blanks. Do you mean to remove acalypha and reinstall or just hit reinstall in nmm?

A trick i learned is to use the Ethereal Horse as a stand in....

having a purchased horse i ride past my "horseless follower" who's walking behind me

and dismount, then using a handy bat file i named 1 i simply hit bat 1 in the console

and my ethereal horse appears so when i hop on the follower jumps onto my horse

 

Nice thing about the ethereal horse if your an ARCHER you can SHOOT arrows right thru it

at your enemies such as wolves and other bad guys and they can not harm it.

Some follower mods (never used UFO) give you the option to prevent followers on horses is all. A re-install of Acalypha in NMM may fix it. I don't use horses so not that familiar with them.
