protoculturejunkie Posted December 6, 2016 Share Posted December 6, 2016 Back in 2006 I had a Morrowind mod that had a guy in it pay you for filling out your map. I don't recall the exact details, but he lived in either Balmora, Seyda Neen, or Vivec. He was trying to map Morrowind and he said he'd pay you each time you saw him and let him copy your map. The amount he'd pay you was based off of how much you explored since the last time you two spoke. So if you just stick to the roads, you'll stop earning gold rather quickly. If you stick mostly to the roads, but take shortcuts once in a while you'd earn more. If you're the type that says "I haven't tried going that way yet..." then you'd earn the most between visits.
