IronGator454
Not normal by any means, might wanna check how you have the SSD hooked up. When game crashes, does computer crash also or can you still view the SSD whether connected or not?

I'm not sure. can you tell us what happens when your game crashes? does your pc crashes or reboot too? or just your ssd shows error?
JimmyRJump
Check the SATA and power connections on the SSD. Could be there's a bad contact there. Make sure the SSD isn't wired to a molex splitter but is connected directly to the power supply. Also check the website of the SSD manufacturer. There's the possibility the drive needs a firmware update. If it does, make sure to back-up anything you don't want to lose before applying the firmware update, just in case. What's the brand of the PSU, by the way?
