Thor.
Pff its just a dumbed down version of the pc version, nothing special. it even lacks certain game elements like Online gameplay i believe. Wich actualy made the game somewhat enjoyable. Now Crysis Warhead Beats Crysis 2 in the graphics department, especially with mods. Edited January 4, 2012 by Thor. RitualBlack
I knew for a while now. The only problem (completely my opinion, not looking to start something  ) is that Crysis gets old pretty fast and if it were not for the games incredible visuals like HD animated foliage, god-rays, and generally perfect textures everywhere I don't think I would have given it a try. I checked out xbox gameplay and there isn't that punch you get on the PC so there is nothing elevating it above generic fps games. People who are heavily into fps games may really enjoy a new game on consoles, especially one that isn't a overly scripted rail shooter, but I am more of a role playing guy  . When I played Crysis on my laptop all I really did was play as a lumberjack logging the tropical forests with a mounted machine gun  and than play around in the crysis sandbox dev mode. RubikNight
Stick with the PC version. Crysis 2 on console looks worse then 1 on PC....D:

SubjectProphet
It's only fo PC and PS3. I prefer it on PS3 (shooters suck on PC) plus it's on my HD TV, looks and sounds a lot better. The online gameplay gets more action too (modded lobbies on PC) Just stick to RPG's on PC if you ask me.
RitualBlack
I would definitely argue with you there SubjectProphet. Shooters are much more precise on PC with a mouse (especially with a high end mouse) . You are also able to use a HD TV as a monitor if you wish. PC also have controller support (if you want), possible mod support, higher quality textures and better meshes and key mapping. I enjoy TF2, F.E.A.R., all valve games and the classics shooters more on the PC. I have hl2 and L4D1/2 on both the 360 and PC, and you just can't beat a keyboard and mouse  . dazzerfong
@ BeyondTom: It's what you prefer. And to be honest, who uses a 46" TV for their PC's? Some people just play games to relax and have fun, not to scrutinize them and act like 'console-haters', which I can observe a few here. For example, Thor's comment: do you have any proof they dumbed it down, or did you instantly jump to the conclusion that 'PC's must be better than console's'? RitualBlack
There is proof that the overall graphical quality Crysis was greatly reduced though it was re-done on a newer version of Cry engine. It is true very what you say about preference though. While playing GTA IV I do like to plug in a controller and put my feet up. When I am playing a FPS I like the keyboard and controller, but I do see your point. PC's are more powerful, but consoles are more user friendly (unless you need to repair them), and they have the advantage of simply plugging in and playing. Each have their advantages  . hoofhearted4
Thor isnt a console hater. i can vouch. hes on his Ps3 all the time. and wants to have sex with a PS Vita, which is in its own right a console! i prefer my shooters on Ps3 too. got ME2 on Ps3 cause i just wanst comfortable with the mouse. however im heavily considering getting BC2 on PC when i build mine. i figure it will be a good transition game cause im extremely familiar with the game from BC2, so at least ill know the maps and strategies and stuff, while im noobing at the controls. then i wanna switch to BF3!......however ME3 will be on Ps3 since i already have my ME2 save file there also have Alpha Protocol on PC. got it on a Steam sale for like $3, so ill be trying that eventually too (dont wanna hear how bad the game was, idc, im still gunna play it)
