JamesonBarringtonpenny Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 Request for a mod to both reference New Vegas's Old World Blues and take advantage of existing lore and game mechanics to help with Surival characters - A recreation of the Transportalponder, attainable through befriending the institute. Near the end of the Institue questline, you are granted with a personal teleportation device based on the same technology as the Institute Relay, but in the form of a pistol just like in Old World Blues.
