CTD on entering dragonsreach for the first time

So I already tried turning on and off a few things I thought it might be, but nothing has worked so far. I'm really bad at this whole thing honestly. I did download LOOT and have it sort, but it's s till not working. Here's my load order:

Also to note: Yes some of these are Skyrim mods (not special edition) but everything has been running completely smoothly up to this point. Actually, everything is still running smoothly except entering Dragonsreach.

Is this sorted with LOOT?

 

Did you clean your master files with TesVedit?

Folks have complained in previous posts that this was the culprit.

 

If that does not work. Then you gotta do it the hard fun way. It's called turning every mod to off and turn em on 1 by 1 and enter dragonreach in a NEW SAVE until you get a ctd. Gotta do it potentially 144 times.

Yeah I tried that one and it still didn't work, so hard way it was. It ended up being Equippable tomes, tho i have no idea why.

Scroll down and see the picture where it adds a crafting table in the interior's layout of dragonreach. Because this mod may not have been upgraded to the SEE meshes format, the game cannot handle those new crafting enchanting table and thus causes a CTD effect to occur.
