Lusty argonian maid eh?

Boring! I mean, after all, it's just POLISHING LARGE SPEARS! I mean, what would you want to watch that for? :whistling:

It also depends on who is playing this maid... and whether the argonian look would be applied by a gimp suit or not

Why not make a movie based off of a book that you are able to read in Oblivion? The book series like "Beggar, Thief, Warrior, and King."

Just as long as it isn't the biography of Barenzia. Yuck!

or the lusty argonian maid!!!!

Argonian Pr0n?

There could be a vote on Bethesdas Website so People could "create" the "Playerchar" :D

Probably they will do it.

If so, it will not be based on one game's full plot, but will more or less be based on ES universe.

The plot would very likely be centered around an actual Elder Scrolls, otherwise the movie title would make no sense to the vast majority of the world's population...

They will for sure include monsters and marginal characters from TES III and IV, together with some Daedra Lord, for the aficionados videogame players, but leaving out central games' plot characters like Martin Spetim.

They will try to please even those that have never played any ES videogame, which is the vast majority of the possible audience for a very big production, so ES lore would be probably a bit modified if needed by the movie plot.

I think that the above scenario is the most likely and that they will probably make a videogame based on the movie's plot to be put on the selves two months after the movie.

No. No they won't. You don't seem to understand what the word 'probably' means. It implies that there is not only a change of something happening, the odds of it happening are quite high. A more accurate word(s) would be never, not in a million years! See, the only reason one would turn a game into a movie would be money. The only way that's possible is if there is already a large audience, which, for TES, there isn't. Oh we may play the game, and everyone we know plays the game, but I'd be surprised if even two million people in the entire world play it. See, all the other game-movie adaptions have been vastly more popular than TES, like Tomb Raider, Doom, etc. Those games are widely known by everyone. TES, though, it's even unknown in the gaming community. Not even the rpg community knows it very well. See, if you think random people will watch this, your wrong, dead wrong. I went to Doom on opening day, Doom, one of the world's most popular games. However, when I got to the theater, I saw two other people besides my dad and me. Four people in total went to Doom opening day, Doom! Just imagine what TES would be like...admittedly, that's not too hard. It would be two, just my dad and me.

In conclusion, game companies make movies so they can make money, and TES won't make money. In fact, TES would probably produce a net loss.

If the marketing is done right there will be a big chance that it will be a movie that does well, people tend to like movies with historical battles in them. Okay, TES aint historic, but you get my drift, the swords, the everything would be great. Doom wasn't doing well because people didn't really think it would be cool, me neither. And the whole plot of no gates of hell opening spoiled the movie for me. And I mean come on, The Rock, seriously....

A new TES movie could have some epic battles & great fighting like other successful movies but it would get a stigma when it was found out that’s it is based off of a video game.

How many copies of Hitman were sold before they made the movie? The popularity of TES V will probably be a major factor in deciding if the TES movie is fiscally viable yet.

Has Hitman made a profit yet? If so how much?

Is it possible for a good money making movie to be made based on TES, YES, is it probable?

As much as I would like it to be I have to face reality & say NO.

Ninja states it very well I think.
