I could be mistaken, but the Legendary effects that boost XYZ the more rads you have don't benefit you if you are immune to radiation. I'm not really sure how plausible it would be, but fixing that perk so that it allowed you to accrue rads without reducing your max HP so that you can benefit from those effects would be tremendously beneficial. Food for thought. Love the ideas here. :)

there is a church close by to the crater(closer to the super duper), (there are 2 infact but this is the better 1) it could make a nice 2th settlement, you have to lift it out the ground and adjust almost everything around it, it have already a mapmarker/xmarker/coc marker

@Flowerguy360 That's something to consider. I was thinking a quest to get the perk.

 

@Ethreon the barrels and churches would definitely be of use. I know that specifically people would like an open aired church the size of a large metal shack for the Glowing Sea Crater. Maybe a round dome type church or rectangle to go in the middle of the radioactive pond.

 

@Speedynl I'll take a look. I've thought of it before but without a massive amount of radiation it doesn't fit the CoA bill, but now that I'm getting more comfortable with the creation kit, I could throw in some radiation hazards and lift it out of the ground and all that.

i would like to see a CoAsettlement in nukaworld there is plenty of free emptyspace around the park, where a settlement could be placed(i have no location in particualar in mind)

@tawatabak Do you have a location in mind that's highly irradiated (minus Kiddie Kingdom which is sprayed with radiation by the ghouls)? Nuka-World would be last. Right now I'm working on the vanilla and assets, then Far Harbor, then anything else.

 

I did have an idea for Nuka-World but that's on the shelf.

If you don't mind me popping in, I'd like to see a few Super Mutant converts, Supers in robes, hanging out at the podium/rad barrel/aircraft engine, waiting for service, scratching unmentionables at a guard post, etc. There would be a few, don't you think? I could possibly make that settlement build at the disposal site to help out as well, should that be needed.

What is definitely needed for such a faction settlement are craftable hazards - barrels, puddles etc. of radiation ooze. maybe assigned with a defense value and traps that would affect enemies by melting them.
