How can I find an objects refid?

I know I can click on anything with the console open to find it's refid, but i want to know how to find the refid of objects which i cant see so that i can use the prid <refid> command. I'm hoping there is a way or at least a list of the refids of every object in the game.

Im fine with a command that converts the formID you get from help <object> <0-4> to a refid if there is one available that I havnt noticed yet.

The only way I know of, is to google a list of refID's.....

Sorry.
