Something weird happening, pretty colors

You installed a mod called Tina's Cookiepocalypse. It changes the loot system and adds exploding confetti when you kill an NPC. You have to make something like 15 kills after you install it, then you get a cookie and it starts the quest to go talk to Tina. After you've gone to her hideout and talked to her she shows you a room where you can customize different aspects of the loot system and turn off the confetti part if you want.

Ha! Thanks for that info, Dame Damanding... came across that Cookieclypsething several times when sifting through DD's mods, but without reading what it was all about... now I more or less know

In addition to the loot system changes, there's also a short quest. Once you finish the quest you have access to pylons you can build in your settlement. Building the pylon the first time brings on a big settlement battle with custom enemies and allies. The battles are actually pretty fun. Then the pylon gives you several options such as increasing the build limit in your settlement as well as adding new menus of stuff to build with. Basically all the stuff that is in DDProduction's AIO pack becomes available either in the pylon or in a new store that opens up in Tina's Bunker. The new store in Tina's Bunker lets you exchange the cookies that randomly drop on NPC kills for perks like increased carry weight, a couple of new weapons, the Wasteland Build A Bear Workshop, and some other random stuff I can't remember.

I used the Brick version of the mod on a playthrough, loved it. Used the latest version, Maya, on a second playthrough and it was borked for me, the cookies wouldn't drop after the initial one that kicks off the quest. So I haven't bothered re-installing it. It could have just been a bad install or a mod conflict because I know it works for other people. But DD was banned by that point and I didn't feel like troubleshooting it on my own.
