Skin weighing in blender

I am much more comfortable with the blender interface and tools than the 3d studio ones and I greatly prefer it for creating uv's and fine tuning my meshes. However I cant seem to manage to get weights transported between the programs and I dont know how to export skin weights for skyrim from blender.

 

I preferably want to be able to move skeleton+uv+weights+mesh in the same file.

 

I realize this is a noobish question but I've got very limited experience with 3d applications.

 

Any suggestions?

From blender, tricky?

 

In oblivion I think you parented the object to the skelton, selected the object and hit weight paint, then edited the weight from there on.

 

However, things might be diffrent in skyrim. (edit, things will be)
