Faszista
Hi, I have all the inis edited according to this : installed NMM and installed , paths set, insalled the mods I want, everything seems fine, no error messages etc... but everything I've done just has no effect on the game, it's just still the vanilla F4 . Has anyone an idea what could be the problem ?
Solacekia
I've done the same, .inis are set, NMM is up-to-date, mods are installed, I've done all that read-only, non read-only jazz, it even tells me that achievements are disabled, plugins are active, and lastly, load order in both NMM and FO4 are correct, even with single mods.Basically, everything is installed correctly as far as I can tell because FO4 recognises them, but they aren't actually working... Faszista
Okay I got the mods working by launching fallout through Nexus mod manager, but they still don't work if I use the original fallout 4 launcher.
Solacekia
I've got a few, but I've been trying with CBBE, mainly because it's easy to access while starting fresh games, and I've done everything I could find, even that plugin thing isn't a problem because they don't de-activate. AGreatWeight
Okay I got the mods working by launching fallout through Nexus mod manager, but they still don't work if I use the original fallout 4 launcher. Yes, that's how it works. You have to launch FO4 via Nexus, so it can load your mods into the game. Launching via the FO4 exe bypasses that process, hence your mods won't show up in game. Solacekia
Another update; I've tried to install the Courser X-92 power armour and Azar's ponytails, and both are acknowledged to be in the game, although all of the ponytails make the player bald, and the armour renders the character invisible. Any ideas on what's going on?

Any ideas on what's going on?Sounds like your using the latest beta version of NMM, which is pretty buggy (and no longer supported by the devs as they're working on a brand new mod manager) and known to have many issues correctly installing mods. You can use an older (working) version of NMM via here
