aibaoya
So I'm using the CBBE body, along with a mod called BodyChange. Basically it lets you select different body mods from MCM. I'm using ADEC body too. When I open bodyslide and view my CBBE body, it has the shape I want. No matter how many times I build, my CBBE body in the game stays the same. Anything I could do to fix this? Never had this issue on Fallout 4. Nothing wrong with my load order to my knowledge, all my mods are working as intended apart from this issue. Kroekr
Make sure your bodyslide output is going to the correct folder and not being stored in a body slide folder. I had the same issue.
Jeir
By default, BodySlide puts the generated meshes in the default/vanilla folders. If you use a custom race (or a 'body change' mod) that has its own folders for body meshes/textures, then you either have to install them manually (see: walkthrough) or edit the BodySlide config to point to the new folder location. The first option is probably easier, as you should be familiar with copy/pasting files if you have ADEC there.

I had the same issue. How do I change the bodyslide output please? I don't even know where the build goes to begin with... I'm guessing the actors folder in meshes?By default, BodySlide puts the generated meshes in the default/vanilla folders. If you use a custom race (or a 'body change' mod) that has its own folders for body meshes/textures, then you either have to install them manually (see: walkthrough) or edit the BodySlide config to point to the new folder location. Thank you both for replying. Edited December 29, 2016 by AjnaFX
Jeir
So how do I go about changing where the generated meshes go? As it says in the walkthrough: CTRL+Click the Build/BatchBuild button. Or after the meshes are placed in the default folder, copy/paste them where they need to go.

jscott991
I'm actually having this same issue, but this did not resolve it for me. I downloaded BodySlide and Outfit Studio. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49015/? I extracted all the folders into my data folder and then moved Bodyslide around to get this folder structure: Data -> CalienteTools -> BodySlide I opened bodyslide, played with the shape, and then hit CTRL-Build. I copied the two meshes into character assets and started a Skyrim game. When I got to the character creation part, there was no change to the look. Are there other things I need to be installing or moving around to make this work? Edited December 29, 2016 by jscott991
Kroekr
Did your new shape files go to Data -> CalienteTools -> BodySlide or to Data/meshes/actors/character/character assets ? To be seen in game, they need to go to the second location. Unless you are using a form of CBBE, don't forget to make both hands and feet for your new shape. Jeir
You only CTRL+Build if you want the meshes installed in a custom location - for custom races, unique player folders, etc. If you're just using a vanilla race, you only have to hit Build/BatchBuild.The CBBE FAQ covers pretty much any other reason why it wouldn't be working. jscott991
They went to bodyslide, but I copied and pasted them to: Data/meshes/actors/character/character assets They still don't show up in game. If I don't hit CTRL+Build, nothing seems to happen at all.
