Crashing during sleep?

Hey guys, I've recently run into a problem with crashing whenever I sleep. I first encountered a couple random crashes after installing Better Settlers, so I uninstalled that and those random crashes went away. However, since then I have crashed twice now while sleeping in my settlement (Bunker Hill). I've heard that it may have to do with having such a big settlement? Although, I've had settlements before with waaaay more stuff in them. I'd appreciate any advice if anyone else has encountered this problem, since it's an unfortunate issue when playing on survival.

(I just noticed that my LOOT load order and my NMM load order aren't the same. Deathclaws and build high are loaded before Horizon mod in NMM.)

What's your Fallout4.esm doing in ninth position? It must always sit on top as it's the base game on which all other plug-ins rely. Normally, the game shouldn't even start with this load order.

 

When launching LOOT, always close NMM. Then perform the sorting. Then close LOOT. Then re-open NMM.

Wow, I have no idea why LOOT is reporting it that way. I just sorted the load order again the way you said with NMM closed. Still says fallout 4.esm is way down there but when I re-open NMM, it's at the top where it should be.

I am also having this issue. Specifically this happens to me as soon as I am about to get 3 hours of sleep, for example I want to sleep 16 hours from 1539 to see if that fixes my random CTDs (I mentioned time because that's the save file I have for just before trying to sleep, and I am not sure if it is a problem with getting to 1839 or amount of sleep), once it says 14 hours it is fine, but just before it ever says 13 hours it crashes. More on the random CTDs mentioned above: I do not get any CTDs through the first part of the game, but after I have spoken to Codsworth for the first time after waking (also after opening the workshop for the first time, as I typically do that soon after, and haven't had a CTD before opening the workshop) I experience a CTD at what seems like a random point in time. I will just be scrapping one minute, maybe not even doing anything but standing there, and I experience a CTD. The only 100% repeatable CTD is the sleep one that I mentioned. I am unsure what is causing this, but I imagine the two are interconnected.

Express Ticket, I am getting the same issue with sleeping. Tried a new game unmodded just now to see if it was an mod issue. Still crashing at the 16 hours of wait time with the game unmodded. I set up the verify cache deal and am awaiting to see if anything is missing. If I find a solution, I'll let you know. PS I re-downloaded the game last week. I don't know if that is your case too.
