You might need to verify your game files. Do this:

All operating systems - Verify integrity of game cache.
1.Load Steam.
2.From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
3.Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache button.
4.Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
5.Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.

Important: One or more files may fail to verify.

This is normal for most Steam games. The files that fail to verify are local configuration files that should not be replaced as part of this process. You can safely ignore this message.

If the above directions fail, I believe you want to clear out anything related to that mod or Spanish in general in the Strings folder. It's also possible that if you're using the latest version of NMM it didn't fully uninstall.

Thank you both for the suggestions but I don't have a strings folder. I am thinking it might fix my issue to download a copy or the default English strings.

hi

i installed the mod and checked the files there is no strings in it its just a esp file

after installing i started up the game and containers names became Spanish i uninstalled the mod and it went back to English

if your using a mod manager maybe its not uninstalling it properly try deleting it manually
