Perraine Posted January 17, 2017 Share Posted January 17, 2017 Well Serenity wasn't all that big really, She was/is probably no bigger than the build area at Hangman's Alley really. Interior wise, there are many mods already that add items that could work - Quarry walkways for the cargo bay, plus some of the WW and Contraptions DLC stuff for walls and floors- Snap n Build has the puke yellow flower covered walls for the dining room :)- Institute/Vault for the other hallways/rooms and the sickbay- Bunker and Metal for the for the engine room and bridgeplus the dodgy old blue consoles already in game look like they were taken straight from the bridge set of Firefly. That's pretty much how I was going to build it on Spectacle Island, build the interior layout first then build the ship around it (well as close as possible anyway.) Come to think of though, a flyable version would be even more awesome! Serenity pretty much has the flight characteristics of a Vertibird anyway, with the wing jets :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I guess it's not really important. Just that the ship is mentioned and then Spectacle island (with its far/long sight lines)...there are going to be users who expect it not to pop-in/out and will complain when it does pop-in/out...but then again, users will always complain. =P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Several humans were taken by the Zetans back before the war, they finally awakened after several hundred years, cobbled together a mixture of technologies from the past, and present, and then the mismatched group stole a ship fron an old Zetan junkyard and returned to earth from the other side of the galaxy (or wherever the Zetan home world is) They've crashed on earth, and you have to help them collect enough "nuclear material" to re-power the ship so she can "keep flying" :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm halfway between crap and ordinary at making outfits, though I wield a mean Lasso Select tool in Paint.net, if I do say so myself, but that's about my limit. I can toss ideas out though and I have a passing familiarity with modding stuff and getting it into the game successfully (even though I can't actually play the game right now). I think the average mod author has seen your helpful side too often to agree. You just have a personality with no tolerance for bulls**t. I was thinkong perhaps the woolly jumper, skirt and combat boots from "Safe" and/or the outfit she wore in the Movie "Serenity" - Black dress with combat boots Any thoughts ???
