Slaiv
For those of you who have seen the two flash animations by Legendary Frog, you know that they are some of the most hilarious things you have seen. [At least they are for me.] For those of you who haven't, you must watch them: The One Ring to Rule Them All The One Ring to Rule Them All: Part II My question is: What do you think of them? I believe they are hilarious, but others might not....
Ancalagon
Well, if you're in Middle School or High School, and read at an Elementary Level, and hold an IQ equal to that of a woodland creature, then I suppose it would be funny... Bear in mind though, I am not saying that to enjoy this cartoon yo need to meet all of the above requirements. you could very well read at a preschool level, and hold the IQ of a penguin and still enjoy it for what it's worth. I'm not just lumping everyone together, that would be pre-judgmental... Oh, yeah, didn't like the animation. Thought it was shoddly drawn and had a horrible voice actor, not to mention the plot was lacking and the orc looked like Yoda...but that's my opinion...:P
Lunabird
Aww... come on. Don't be so harsh, It's not -that- bad. I mean...Come on... It's better than Ralph Bakshi's LOTR Movie. When watching that movie it takes a great deal of will power not to break out into the chorus of 'Hair'. :P
Jesugandalf
Well, that movie wasn't also -that- bad. I think it was better than nothing, actually. Anyway, it took a lot of work to complete that film. It was shot with real actors, and then each frame had to be painted and all... Lots of work. Feanor11
Only funny parts in the second one, Leonard Nimoy's song (even better in the music video http://homepage.mac.com/evanbaumgardner/iM...ieTheater6.html ) Broadband ;)
TheDeadTree
I had seen those videos before, and thought they were pretty good. Hell, it's better than I can do with flash. And yes, that Leonard Nemoy song is hillarious. What in god's name was he on? And, where can I get some?
Ancalagon
Well, Nimoy may be funny with the 'Legend of Bilbo Baggins' but I love William Shatner's rendition of 'Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man' and 'Rocket Man'. Songs that are jewels to behold when sung by the infamous Captain Kirk. And didn't Jackson totally rip off Bakshi when he did the Nazgul-Hobbits under the trunk scene in FotR? I heard Bakshi actually did that scene in the cartoon version (which was rotoscoped and horrible).

Melisande
All of this is nice, but what does it have to do with MeMod? I'm a newbie at this, but should this thread be moved?
