Moraelin Posted January 22, 2017 Share Posted January 22, 2017 I suppose it would be possible to make one that works more like the carriages in Skyrim, than actually being drivable. I'm thinking some kind of tank that you get inside, choose a destination, screen fades to black, and there you are. It could even have a turret that works, well, like the placeable turrets in the game, and gives you some additional firepower wherever you parked it. F2 had the corvega with storage in the trunk that didn't always follow the car. Now we have the vertibird taxi. The XRE mods for FNV are impressive when you get them to work. I swear its like steam doesn't want you to use them every time I get things running smoothly an update mucks it up. Driving a '56 Chevy across the Mohave is pretty badass though. The veribird lets you fly around and shoot at stuff with some weapons options. I hope when the script extender is reliable the XRE team has a go at F4. I was looking in the CK, and I think I can attach a vertibird movement file to another object like a car or a motorcycle(robhartman9), or a toaster for that matter. I think I can use the HUD on PA for the interface to steer and turn and stuff. Also use the PA HUD to fire weapons. Is this do-able? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
