ghoster000
So as the title say my character and all NPC has no voice at all with exception the children, i don't know if it because i use RS Children Overhaul mod or the multiple adoption mod but the children is fine. First of all i tried to run skyrim with the default SkyrimLauncher.exe and it works the voice is there there are no problem at all, then i tried to run skyrim with SKSE through Mod Manager then there are no voice at all. The NPC still talk to me but there are no voice and there are no grunts at all when i punch, also i tried messing with the skyrim.ini but to no avail please help! LeddBate
Well, first of all, your character doesn't have any voice files in the game (unlike FO4, for example) -Unless you meant that there is no conversation options appearing when you interact with an NPC. ...also i tried messing with the skyrim.ini but to no avail... "messing"? What do you mean by that? If you made changes and did NOT back up your skyrim.ini file then you might need to re-download and re-install your game from Steam. Okay, let's try the basics. Did you... LOOT your mod list? Clean with TES5Edit? Verify your game cache?

As i said it's all fine when i run through default launcher but when i use SKSE the npc and my voice is gone except the children.
LeddBate
Alright, list your mod order and we'll see if something leaps out at somebody. Maybe I'm dumb, but I still don't understand when you say "...my voice is gone...". Your character shouldn't have a voice, even when you're not using SKSE. Do you actually mean that no dialogue options are on the screen when you interact with an NPC? Please clarify. Edit: Gotta go to sleep now. I'll check thread later. Hopefully someone else will chime in on your load order if you can post it. Edited January 22, 2017 by LeddBate

So anyway the only thing i can do now is manual install all mods  since NMM have some problem too.
LeddBate
So, problem fixed then? Glad to hear it if so. Manual installs are really best (IMO) anyway. You can still use NMM to unpack the zipped files and install them. This gives you the ability to troubleshoot easier. The only exception is SKSE. Manually dropping the indicated files into your Skyrim directory is the best way to do it. Gopher's video (link at the SKSE site) shows you two ways to install SKSE. Either way works, I just prefer manually dropping the files in.
