andnowhereelse
I have the DLC pack for Fallout 3 and I would like to be able to recruit as many followers as I'd like to in the game without being restricted to 1 at a time. Any mods that do this that won't mess up my saves in the game? I have no other mods installed in the game other then the DLC pack.

andnowhereelse
Alright Rezo, it seems that your suggest mod comes with all sorts of stuff. I've never used any Fallout mods before so it seems a bit complicated. Wouldn't change the game a lot if I installed that? Blackrampage, the one you suggested said that if I had more then one follower active at the time they'd conflict. What do they mean by that? Would they fight each other or something?
REZ01
I can't think of any negitive changes off hand.. anyone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.. Â But its pretty much contained in its own vault .. So unless you go in it the rest of the game is pretty much the same.. As far as your issue .. the reason my i suggested it "if i remember right" it creates a new global or gamesetting and calls it that allows you to have like 99 or 100.. BlackRampage
Blackrampage, the one you suggested said that if I had more then one follower active at the time they'd conflict. What do they mean by that? Would they fight each other or something?Nah, they wouldn't fight each other . But the actual text on the mod's page is the following: "NOTE: Do not have more then one esp active at a time as they will conflict."This does not mean that if you have more then one follower active they will conflict. Since you're new to modding Fo3: If you download and extract the mod I linked to, you'll get 4 different .esp files. From those you can choose whichever one suits your fancy most. The warning on the mod's page basically says that you shouldn't have all those .esp files installed and active at the same time, but instead install and activate just 1. (I'd choose "FollowersHireContinued-NoChecks.esp" if I were you)
M48A5
In the section of Fallout Technical Support is advice on how to install mods for fallout 3. I would suggest that you read all of this before you start to load and activate any mods for your game.
RuaDragonheart
Companion PowerUp is forced to remove the follower limit on the vanilla companions due to how it works. It also includes some other bonuses, like New Vegas-style companion perks. But you still need to fulfill the karma requirements there, I believe. Greslin
If you don't mind (or if you'd prefer) a slavery angle, FNNCQ does the trick nicely.
wbird
FWE (Fallout Wanderers Edition) also provides a UI-configurable follower limit. The FWE default is 1 per 2 points of Charisma, but you can easily totally disable it so you can have unlimited followers. Also you can disable Karma checks through the UI...probably something you should only do after playing through the vanilla quests.
