Fallout 4: My character is a red box with exclamation point

Lately my character and also Curie who share the same armor have become red exclamation boxes! I reinstalled CBBE and the armor. Then I reinstalled the ENTIRE game including DLC -.- and...wait for it...Absolutely no change. I even started a new game my character is still a red box and my spouse is too. I checked that my meshes are still there and the names haven't been changed. I even imported the NIFs to Outfit Studio. They appear exactly as they should and I even tried exporting them hoping maybe that would fix it, like it does in Skyrim:SE, but no success... now I'm really tired of messing with it dreading the fact that i may have to go back to playing on...*cue scary music*PS4*crowd gasps* I have it installed on my other computer with nearly identical mods so I even tried copying the entire 80GB directory and pasting it( this has actually worked for me on Skyrim before), but still I remain a red box. I'm really tired and I dont know what else I can try at this point. All help is appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

 

Update: I also tried disabling all mods in load order still a red box :(

If you are still an exclamation point even when naked, your body replace mod is not installed properly.

If you leave a disabled hair mod in the data directory in favor of others, they still will load and since they are disabled, that tells the game to disable the hair.
