Mods that work with Long War 2

Enjoying the new total conversion - besides the interesting change in strategic gameplay it appears to combine many elements of other mods I like out there. Several mods won't work with it, though I've found many still do. Thought I'd start to catalog what I've discovered and seek feedback from other Advent slayers out there. As a disclaimer, I haven't gotten very far with Long War 2 yet...for instance I'm still trying to figure out if the Leader Perks are in LW2, and if you get the Additional Dark Events and Additional Mission Types or if the Map Pack works.

 

Obviously all the voice, character pool, and soldier aesthetic mods are unaffected.

 

New classes appear to work in tandem, though they won't necessarily have all the skill update paths afforded the new LW2 classes.

 

Weapons work fine, but guns are generally useless except in the early stages as they don't appear to be moddable in LW2.

 

The real meat is in the gameplay tweaks, where I've found the following appear to work:

-Ammo and Vest Slots (well, we already get 3 utility slots with LW2 but this appears to still add the Ammo slot!)

-Beatdown

-Commander's Choice

-Enemy Loot

-Engineer2Scientist

-High Quality Ammo

 

What doesn't appear to work so far, excluding those that are clearly superceded by LW2 code, include:

-Accurate Swords

-Chooseable AWC Perks (but again I haven't gotten very far)

-Less Gravely Wounded (does "It's Just a Scratch" work?)
-Quiet Bradford

-Stop Wasting My Time

-True Concealment

 

User interfaces appear to integrate fine which includes:

-Better Tactical Zoom Out

-Flanked

-Free Camera Mod

-Gotcha

-Perfect Information

-Show Me the Personnel

-Tech Tree

 

What I'm not sure about so far for UI are:

-Display Soldier XP and PsiXP

-Show Me the Skills

 

There are others of course, but these are the main ones I've messed around with to-date.
