Fallout4 - 3ds max creates weird shading seam

Hello all , I am currently using 3ds max 2012 and figment's nif script.


With vanilla head textures and mesh I did some experiments


I imported the vanilla mesh and then without doing anything just exported the mesh right away as nif format. Although there wasn't any modification done there was clearly visible seam lines around the neck


And I think even the Outfit Studio method creates those seams too. even though vanilla head mesh and Max/ OS exported mesh looked identical the exported ones got some blunt shading seam issues. How do I remove these seams? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
