Can't Load a Save Game Directly

What I mean is that I have to load the "safe" cell first and then whatever save. Whats going on?

Let me see if I got this straight. In order for you to play, instead of Continue you have to to coc somewhere then load a save game? If so, have you tried to load a saved game from the main menu or does that make everything go away also?

OK. I load the starting cell from live another life. Then, I load my last save. I have been having to do this for months now. What Crash Fixes logs tell me is Skyrim crashed while setting up FootIK. Whatever that means.

 

Also, sometimes I can load an indoor save directly. But , never outdoors. Game also CTDs If I quit to main menu.

 

I have been removing mods to cut in down. Too many scrip-heavy mods and what-not. Probably just need to remove more.

Large load order, lots of animations, script heavy mods and mods that add large lands to the game. You're experiencing CTDs on load because - put simply - the game can't handle loading that much stuff at once. Very common issue these days.

 

Against the CTD on load, this should help: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78557/?

Basically ii's effect is the same as typing "coc qasmoke" before loading a save, just saves you some time.

 

On a side note: "Foot IK" errors are hard to track down, because there are a lot of things that can cause them. Sometimes they are caused by an improperly installed skeleton. Try reinstalling XPMSE (OFC use FNIS afterwards) and put XPMSE as low as possible in your load order. Sometimes this helps.
