Laptop Fan Cooler

Recommended Posts

Hello, I just got my laptop and it gets quite hot :( I was thinking of buying this http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=15289 since they deliver to Australia and its not to expensive for me but I want to know what you guys think I should get? Thanks in advance :)

Hello there, Your current laptop will be fine providing you don't cover the vents like putting up against a wall ect maybe keeping it on a table might help?

I do but even then it gets hot :(

The Specs: HP Pavillion DV6-614tx

Intel corei72630qm 2ghz quad core

8gb ram

ATI Radeon 6770m2gb

Don't know the rest :P

It gets quite hot when play Skyrim or BF3 and very hot when rendering in cinema 4d :( I'm thinking about buying this but is it worth it?

I've got a laptop that I got in 2010 the specs are:

Intel® Core i3 CPU M 330 @ 2.13GHz

2.1 GHz CPU speed

4.5 GB RAM

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator HD Video Card

Realtek High Definition Audio

it should play games no probs

The notepal U3 is really good for large laptops and lets you position the fans over your bottom vents. It isn't very pricy either. It was the only one in Canada I could buy that would fit an 18.4'' other than the cryo (which was over $100 and had to be order from America). I highly recommend it  . The only downside is that it isn't very good for traveling. Its surface gets scratched pretty easy so you have to be careful with it.
