CTD When fast travelling to Whiterun and other places.

I've recently started crashing when travelling to whiterun, its also happened when I travel to the mill near lakeview manor. Probably crashing to other places too I just haven't had the patience to check. This only started happening yesterday after I installed a few mods. Full mod list will be in the replies.

There are places where I don't CTD, I was able to play for about an hour today avoiding those areas. So I don't think its the fast travelling itself that is causing this. I was in whiterun when I installed the new mods and they worked fine.

I have LOOT and TES5Edit installed, Loot is only giving me these messages

I spent around 3 hours yesterday cleaning dirty plugins, for some reason TheEyesOfBeauty wouldn't save.

Any other way I can tell which mods are causing this, like a crash report, without having to remove one by one to check which one is the problem?
