undedavenger
I certainly hope so. The lag on the PS3 seems to stem from the way Skyrim records saves. Ergo, the longer you play, the worse it gets. I've noticed that my PC version does the same, not lagging, but just giving me a CTD randomly, which increases the more hours in the save. I'm hoping whatever they do to the PS3 version gives us PC users some relief, too. Try starting a new game sometime and checking the size of your save file, then checking it again every 10 hours of play. It grows exponentially. If they can patch the game to make cleaner, leaner saves, I think we'll all be better off. Your thoughts?
scot
The patch 1.4 is m last hope to play skyrim, my game was working fine before patch 1.3.10 now it´s unplayable, I tried every possible fix tested my hardware stability and nothing, no doubt the patch 1.3.10 broke my game and I don´t play skyrim since then ... if 1.4 doesn´t fix my crashes I will try find a way to see my money back. playdeadstudios
If you delete your old saves it reduces the file size and reduced the ctd's for me at least.
jordanLoL
Once a stable autosave mod comes out this shouldn't really be an issue anymore(for PC users at least). I think the problem is the autosave feature. It has been a bugged feature in Bethesda's past games. I always keep it off and remember to make a hard save often when I visit towns or before I enter a dungeon. A tedious task but my saves seem to be pretty stable after lots of hours played. worldofscotty
Is this a big thing? I've never had a CTD or any crash at all in fact and been playing just over a week. Not really any lag either
hsung
Is this a big thing? I've never had a CTD or any crash at all in fact and been playing just over a week. Not really any lag either I have played Skyrim for a week too, but never had a CTD, except for a freeze at the Inn in Ivarstead which others have reported issues as well. TimF
I hope they will add some lines for Ma'iq concerning construction kit!
Feanoro
Obviously everyone has a different system but idk how some people experience so many issues. The only CTD I've had since late november was when i was experimenting heavily with skyrimprefs.ini without knowing much of what I was doing and caused some issues. As for other graphical issues I can't say I've had any bugs caused by the game being poorly coded (just my old nvidia 9700m reaching its limits)
Caracolito
I reverted to 1.1 after 1.2 came out and have been terrified to update since.
