I'm sorry Purr4me but I can't make any sense out of anything you're saying. Hands of time and commitment? You lost me. Not sure if you're trying to indicate that if I don't understand what you're saying I just 'lack commitment' but I can assure you that is not the case. I spent many hours myself before coming here as I'm a firm believer that one should do the best they can before asking for help. I've used the Nexus for many years and met some of the best this site has to offer (some of which are close friends to me today) but sadly none of them mod Fallout 4. Don't take this the wrong way but I feel that you're saying a lot of things that mean the same thing without any real substance. Which makes it really difficult for me trying to find a decent solution as this is a subject I'm not very confident in, which is once again the reason I'm here asking for help. If we post answers here thru a commitment, within a certain amount of time we produce results, I can guarantee Bethesda will update the game with those result Cut or targeted.

 

Every time a good group comes together on a project, full committed to "Fixing" issues with this game? well they run an update and destroy all those hours of work.

Besides that, you should not be giving out fixes or advice unless you can type it in a way that anyone ELSE can read it AND understand what you are saying. A LOT of what you said in your post makes absolutely NO sense at all, and this is why I suspect you are using something like Google translate.

 

Murkrow already stated that he is not familiar with modding and the steps you told him to do are NOT for beginners, which essentially what he is.

Your FPS loss is related to Scrap Everything/ the ini edit you did, when installing the mod.

bUseCombinedObjects=0 <- default is 1

If you love fps, remove that. It kills your FPS.
