Creating an Enchantment through script

Well.. this certainly went south.

Uhm anyway, this thing is so hard to do without SKSE, and even in Oldrim, it was still difficult to do, you always have to sacrifice something to get it right. Enchantments are icky.

All I can offer to the OP, is also be aware of unequipping them through script, because I think the enchantments get lost?

RedNinja, I have an idea that may be able to get you up an running in about 15 min.

 

BYW - Did you notice what happened when I moved this to the other thread? People started helping. Had they not removed that thread for whatever reason this project would be completed.

It's worth a try. Not sure what's causing it and I don't know if you saw my upload your imgur ^^^? But I'm not getting perk equipped when I equip weapon nor does the effect work if I give myself the perk through console while holding weapon.

 

I'm fresh out of ideas and anything that could be done now is above my level of knowledge and wisdom.

Been at this screen for about 10 hours so far and still nothing achieved. Read somewhere about having to save and close CK everytime and apparently restarting pc helps. Been doing that everytime between testing. I'm starting to think it's impossible I haven't seen any mod do something like this nor have I seen much information for it "I must be searching wrong keywords in google etc"

That is false. You do not have to do that. Just close all windows and save. If you are working with script all you have to do is compile and save the script. Also for testing we will not be using any console commands.

Maybe I'm just tired but I misinterpreted them parts. I guess there is nothing to lose if you can give a brief idea of what the idea is it would be nice.

I am telling you for future reference that people will not click on that. They will look at what is on the thread.

I am also telling you that we will not be using a perk. We will be using a cloak spell.
