HailSithis5910
Information Broker – The Lady In Black It all starts when the City Guards say “Psst, have you heard? About the Lady In Black?”. From there you’ll notice excited chatter in the markets, and powerful mercenaries heckling Breton women. It will end with you, the Dragonborn, standing before a beautiful women. Hidden in a deep hood of black, in some backwater inn in the wilds of Skyrim, she smirks and says “Yes, I’ve heard you were looking for me”. Well that’s the idea anyway. With this mod I’d like to create an Information Broker, someone that travels around all the Inn’s of Skyrim that you can go up to and once you pick a Hold, she’ll randomly point you in the direction of a quest you haven’t completed yet. Yes it’s properly as complicated as it sounds. Like most people I’ve played Skyrim a few times by now, so I lose track of what quests I’ve missed or forgotten. I’d love to have a mysterious women point at my map and send me off with a quest marker to some kid in Eastmarch doing the Black Sacrament, or the House of Horrors in The Reach. Maybe every 3-5 quests the Lady will send you off on some randomly generated radiant quest. After a few random quests she’ll let you choose which quest you want to start from her Ledger, or you can keep being spontaneous. It’ll be up to the player. What I’m hoping for is a fun, immersive mod that’ll make finding quests easier. Thanks for reading!
BobbyP92
This is a really neat idea. I can't provide skills as of yet, but tracking for support and maybe revisit and help one day :). Some covert or protection quests could be neat. Maybe she needs help discretely moving to a new hold every now and again? Best of luck.

I'm glad you liked the idea :) I did have in mind a backstory and quest for the Lady, but I didn't want to information dump on the first post. Plus that's quite a bit of work. I'd be happy with a functioning Information Broker, and maybe later down the track making her more complex and a powerful figure in the Skyrim underground. BobbyP92
That seems like absolutely the best way to approach it :).
lofgren
Most quests can be found by asking about rumors at the inns.

The Lady just adds more intrigue as an underground Information Broker on the run from mercenaries sent from High Rock. Plus I just love the idea of asking for a quest in Whiterun and she'll just randomly pick one I haven't completed yet.
