Why was luthienanarion banned?/ Re-add unoffencive mods of banned users

I was recently redownloading all my favorite mods for New Vegas, as I had just gotten a new PC, when I to go grab the Lutana NVSE plugin, only to find the file gone. Not hidden. Just. . . gone. I went and did a little more checking, and found that luthienanarion had been banned. Now, I honestly don't care whether he's banned or not. But what I DO care about is the fact that Lutana is gone, and by extension, one of my favorite mods, CASM, doesn't work anymore.

 

So, I was making a double request slash question: Why was luthienanarion and can he be unbanned, and if he can't, can Lutana be put back up for us folks who need it for mods such as CASM?

He was not banned. His account was closed by request. He also removed (i.e. deleted) all of his mods before we had a chance to comply with his file removal request.

CASM doesn't require Lutana, only NVSE.
