Too many possibilities of a mod not playing nice for outsiders doing anything but guess. The only way to know which one is by uninstalling and trying, over and over again, until you found the culprit.

There's also the odd chance it's a RAM issue. Not enough and the load of an area can keep going belly-up.

Not to mention Corvega doesn’t exactly behave well in the vanilla game, even after Beth did a lot of work on the place in official patches. I have always randomly crashed there, or while on top of there. Looking at that load order though and knowing the location, if it was me trying to figure out the crash issue on Xbox, in which we have no tools whatsoever to help with conflicts, I would start by disabling Enhanced Lights and FX first and see what happens. I only say that because I have had issues in my own games with crashes when using enhanced lighting mods. Just a guess on my part really.

Weird. Never had any issues with the Corvega area, in- or outside. Just on top of the metal walkways there's a drop in fps when looking down at Lexington. Maybe because that's an area with lots going on. Been using Enhanced Lights & FX and Ultra Interior lighting without glitches and my rig isn't the most powerful with an i7-3770K, 16GB of 1600MHz KHX RAM and an MSI RX470 8GB GPU milling away at 1080p.

Ah well, it is probably just me. Sometimes with this game you just never know what you are going to get. For instance, I am currently having problems with freezes and CTDs in Red Rocket which has NEVER happened to me in past games. I have not changed my LO for quite some time and am not at the max build limit there but I cannot be in Red Rocket for more than a minute or two before crashing. The place is cursed. I only took a stab in the dark (Ha!) about the lighting mods because I had something similar happen to me inside DB Tech in one game when I was trying an enhanced lighting mod. When using the mod, I would instantly CTD as soon as I stepped foot inside DB Tech. After I disabled the mod, the place ran as smooth as butter.

I know. Had the same thing with some or other power plant (has some female raider in Power Armour and a magazine in her quarters), when entering through the side door. CTD immediately after the transition from outside to inside. The strange thing was that, when entering the building from the sewer exit at the back, I didn't have a problem; only with the side door.

All I know is that around the time of v1.3 or 1.4 of the game (when they started using in-game streaming instead of direct rendering) FO4 had massive RAM spikes in particular areas, going as high as 10 to 12GB (RAM and V-RAM combined) in millisecond bursts, causing the game to go belly up in most cases. It's the reason why in August 2016, I got my 8GB GPU and did away with my 3GB R7970 Lightning card. The latter's engine is more powerful than the RX470's, but the 5GB extra V-RAM, in combination with ENBoost did the trick to prevent the game from crashing during loading and/or spikes.

Recently restarted a run after a hiatus of almost a year and am now 120hrs into the game. Had four out-of-the-blue crashes thus far, completely random and with no consequences, i.e., bar the loss of some game/build time, rebooting the game from the last known save had everything working fine up to and past the point where/when the crash happened.

These crashes are the signtaure mark of most Bethesda games, I guess...
