Force spell effect?

I'm trying to make a bunch of spells but their stanard effects don't really portray what I want them to.

 

Is there any way through script or in-game to force the game to use a certain magic effect over another?

 

I'm not sure if I understood the question, if is just to play some already defined effect, there are functions as PlayMagicEffectVisuals and PlayMagicShaderVisuals as so PlaySound3D and PlaySound as well. As the game would play just the predominant one if they are just placed in the effectitem window, scripting is the only way to do what you want.
