This is the "End of January" right?

Yes, it is the end of January...

...and, as predicted by myself earlier in the year, the absence of any sort of Creation Kit has caused me to leave Skyrim and return to Morrowind.

Might as well take this time to finish Bloodmoon... *sigh* :ohdear:

BTW, Australia exists in the future. Ergo, it's Saturday night over there when it's Friday evening/night here. While I doubt the CK will be released today, we can at least give them a full day.

I never said anything back before now, so I don't want to claim that "I knew it"

However, when I kept hearing and seeing things from bethesda saying "soon" and "very soon" I couldn't help but wonder if it meant late and later. The complete refusal to nail down a date was one of two things in my mind. Either them trying to get it perfect and avoid an official release date that forces them to release with flaws. Or, them just saying, ; "soon, very soon, more info soon, release soon, january, before end of january" All that makes me wonder if they are just running behind and trying to sound really gung ho about getting it done.

I really haven't heard of many game companys giving so many intentionally vague answers when they are this close to the claimed release date. Though I really never have followed many things this closely.

Either way, I don't mind waiting if they are using the time to make us a nice CK (and I would bet they are) :)

Yesterday was stated : "The 1.4 will be out this week..."

No more words about "end of Jan" or anything....

Yeahyeah..let them kcome out Friday with the patch, and the CK will sure be released "when it's done"....

Seriously : Nearly don't care anymore. Tooo much things i dislike with the Company now, and their plans.

too much bugs, too much delays too less hold promises.

Why the hell they ever got the "idea" of integrating the CK into steam is a total riddle for me, as everything in modding worked out fine so far without STEAM-suck. ..

What's so bad about steam? Give me one valid reason exept the auto updates. None.

Secondly, they do it for profit. Your ignorance is nothing but sad. Did you know the game industtry is nothing but a wrong look away to break? No?

Seriously, don't let the door hit you on the way out. If you are too impatient to wait for the Ck for another day, you are way too impatient to mod anything. Piss off.

And to everybody else: Stop whining. You paid nothing for the CK, and you are not entitled it either.

Obviously Matt85 you're entitled to opinions and so is everyone else. Personally i hate Steam could be just because its named Steam and that's reason enough because nobody has to give you a valid reason for anything you're also not entitled.

That has got to be one of the dumbest things I've read on the internet. There are GOOD reasons for things and BAD reasons. Not liking a distribution platform called "Steam" because it's called "Steam" is a f***ing bad reason for not liking it.

Not all opinions are created equal. Sure people feel entitled to them and I say let stupid people keep their stupid opinions.
