masternoxx
I have made a fortify speed spell as probably all of you have. It is fortify speed 100 for 2 seconds and I use it ALL THE TIME. Now I noticed that when I use it it only fortifies my speed by 95? What's up with that? And then I just got the Philactery of Litheness which gives +10 speed and when I put that on, it only gives +7 speed increase? So now I am at 202 speed which is great but why the reduction of 5 and 3 respectively? Anyone know? Just bethesda nerfing it a bit?
Striker879
Your spell effectiveness is reduced by wearing armor.
masternoxx
Yes! You have all the answers! Of course!, my spell effectiveness is 95 (usually unless I change clothes) Perhaps the philactery of litheness has a bug, because I acquired the ring of khajiiti, and it gives the full 10 points speed bonus. So now I am at 212 speed
Striker879
I think how the bonus is awarded makes some difference (i.e. is it added as an ability or as a fortify attribute).
