Well, KA is discontinued for now, but about quests and be count/countess, both does it. It's not really easy to advise about something that includes subjectives values. I have played KA at the end, and after, uninstalled it and tried KR, and in so doing had some issues like ctds in several situations that forced me to uninstall KR an restart with another character, but as this seems not to happens to the most of users I can't blame KR as guilty or at least not only one guilt, there were so many factors to weight. You can try both, is recommended in this case to not install kr over previous ka installation before doing the Kvatch siege quest in ka. PS - I must say that I was using a testing character, heavily moded, cheated and the savegames were a total mess, in such environment no mod can be blamed to anything wrong, to be fair. Eolath Posted April 10, 2008 Share Posted April 10, 2008 I'd recommend Kvatch Aftermath - it's one of the two which is currently bug free, the other one (KR) has some bugs and errors associated with it.Also: OMG, fighters guild contracts, The Necromancer all support Kvatch Aftermath, while they don't support KR (yet)Even though KA isn't being worked on anymore, I wouldn't say it will never get a bug fix to remove the last few (not major :) ) bugs/exploits.And you can become Count/Countess with KA too, which obviously means you didn't play it - which also means your opinion isn't completely fair :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Unless you know exactly how to delete all meshes/changes made by Kvatch rebuilt before you install Kvatch Aftermath (I don't know if it's possible other way around) I also think Kvatch Aftermath gives you more power as count. You just have to install Toastie says share (Optional) And you can have the guards follow you around etc (This is also possible in KR Though)But in Kvatch Aftermath you get to order about 9 Knight of Kvatch around and send them to raid dungeons etc. Or you could take them with you.
