Once again, dont argue this point. You have never visited Cyrodil. You have no idea what the standing force in Cyrodil is.

If there was a war of the races, I doubt those other soliders could get out of their forts, which can act as prisons as much as shields.

THey could not take over another continent once their numbers have dwindled. After this there would be no going back and most of the imperials would be dead. Their number would have fallen soo much that they would never be able to come back and take another cintinent unless it was uninhbited. The imperials would go and be destroyed. They could not survive. Even if they worship the empror like a god he would be trapped in the capital and would eventually be killed. There i sno hope for the imprial to win. They are through. THey would not have enought people to hold up their position and would be conquered in the end.

There are no aliences in this it is all races for them selves. The imperials would not have the orcs or anypne on their side. They would be al alone. This discussion is about what would happen if all the races were at war and there would be no alliances. The imperials would not have the manpower even with the orcs. They would still be cornered by the other races and would eventually be destroyed. With the continuous sieging the imorials would not be able to get food with all the other races attackind while the others would just get it from their own land. The imperials could easily be starved out.

 

Concession accepted. Thank you for contradicting yourself so nicely. If you can't assume that the Imperials would have their allies, you can't assume that the other races would focus their entire efforts on the Empire instead of each other.

I never said that they would be up against the dunmer only. They would be in constand siege from all the other races who have invaded their territory. It would only be a matter of time before they lost. After retreating theor remaining soldiers into their forts thier loss would be inevitable. All of their farm land would easily be taken. With their troops locked up in their fort with no escape, they would be pressed for food. The imprials would in the end be starved out. They could not go forever with out food. The would eventually run out and would start dieing. THere is no way that they would be able to survive.

The other races would focus their armies on their borders and everyone has the imperial province as one of their boders. How could the empire not get attacke with a position like that. They have their borders near all of the other races. Even if 1/4 of all the armies attacke in the direction and were not united the empire would fall. Just think about it. The empire has maby half of the people om the capital as in one province. The capital would be outnumbered. With their position they would be at con tinous siege from all directions. where as the others would only need to protect 3 of their borders at most. The other races do not have to have an alliance inorder for them to crush the empire, just a common enemy.

They would be up against the dunmer, but the dunmer would also be up against every other race at once. By the rules of this topic (that you yourself have stated in at least one point), every race is fighting for themselves against evey other race. There wouldn't be a focused, united, effort against the Imperials.
