SubjectProphet
I THINK it's 1.4 anyway, my steam downloaded something for Skyrim. Either way, it ruined my game. It runs on a 5-10 FPS, and it used to be 30-45. Skyboost has always just made my lag worse, and I don't quite know why. If I download a normal patch from a website (official website for the creators, like for Oblivion) it doesn't lag my game. Like I downloaded the patch for Oblivion from Bethsoft's main website, and I got no more added lag. But any game form Steam that I download the patch for, I get laggy. It's like Steam tries to ruin my game. Anyone else get something like this?
Deleted3670449User
Nope. I've noticed no such issues running the 1.4 beta.
Mitch2129
Nope sorry. Staind716
No. As a matter of fact I got a huge performance increase. That is what all but a very few people are reporting. Sorry you are having difficulties with it.
SubjectProphet
I'm the ONLY one with this problem?? Again, this is why I hate Steam and wish Skyrim never went to it.

babis8142
I had crashes with 1.4 beta patch, I removed it and now with 1.4 I have crashes again.
thompsonar
Like most people I've had a large performance increase with the patch. Sure it's not any mods needing an update, extra .dlls, or ini settings that have been fiddled with?
worldofscotty
It's most likely a mod your using. Delete everything modwise and start over
SubjectProphet
It's most likely a mod your using. Delete everything modwise and start over Delete? No, it's a clean run. I did that. Deleting mods does nothing. You just have to deactivate it.
