Thebes56
Get this message which did not affect it before, but maybe now it does. One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information.Unable to find global script "?8" in script sve_getstring. I check the plugins but they all seem fine. I think the ?* getstring has something to do with it. But I can't even start a new game ,so I am at a loss. I could delete and redownload, but I am at level 50 now and it's hard to start over.... Dragon32
Don't think anyone would name a script "?8", not sure if you even can Reminds me of this: "I've seen a few people report in the past this kind of error [Expression Error Unable to find race id "@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@#mGals__Upgradef" in script Gals__Upgrade_Initialise.], but usually reloading the save works. The interesting part is that the warning is actually garbled. This indicates memory corruption. You might try using Mash's "Remove Spawned Creatures" function on the save, followed by "Repair All". It's possible this will move things around enough in memory when the save loads that the corruption won't hurt anything. Bit of a long shot, but it won't hurt anything." http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1031661-galsiahs-character-development-gcd-bug-report/?p=15572020 If you're not already using it look for Morrowind Code Patch here on Nexus. The "One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master..." error can be fixed in Wrye Mash: (1) On the Mods tab all mods should have a green checkbox. (2) If any mods have a yellow checkbox, select them and then look for the Save button in the bottom right. Click that and the mod file will be updated and the error removed. The error just means that the mod was created with an earlier version of Morrowind to the one you're using. Saving in Mash will update this version info. (3) If you have any mods with red checkboxes then you do not have a ESM file needed by that mod loaded. Check the mod's readme.
