Load order help

Hello i have installed a shitload of mods and sorted them with loot and cleaned the masters with ssedit but im having an issue with finding random naked people without animations that i cannot even interact with and they just levitate around im gonna put the load order here and could someone be so kind and please tell me if the load order is allright and give me some advice on fixing the issue? i havent messed with the game ini settings yet btw

Your Load Order looks OK to me, the only thing I might try is disabling the Sneak Tool Mods and seeing if they are causing the problem (but make a backup save first to revert to after testing), but I would also look at any Texture Mods e.g. Armor Mods... as I would think this is more likely what is causing the issue.

I would also download and install the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch, USSE in other words. You have a patch for USSE but do not have the file. You also have RLO-Dawnguard but no Dawnguard. It might be a good idea to paste your load order using LOOT. In the far right corner at the top of the page click on the three dots and then copy load order.

But i installed USSE :/ i installed everything through NMM and i got no armor mods just 2 or 3 weapon mods and only texture mods i have are SMIM,realistic water two and skyrim flora overhaul

Well im going to completely reinstall it all this time i make sure to uncheck read only on the skyrim folder uncheck skyrim cloud sync at steam delete every folder called skyrim in my pc complete cleanup and then i will reinstall all the mods

Your Imperious mod says compatible with Immersive NPCs in the Dark, but Immersive Citizens is not on the compatible list. A lot of times, mods like these that put a lot of extra npcs in the game, don't always play well together. Try de-activating one or the other, re-sort with LOOT and see what happens. Otherwise, it looks like turning them off one by one until you find the conflict.
