Object Id's without CK

Hello.

 

After a few trial and error of testing mods and finding out which works and what does not, I've set off on my own personal adventure to build my own Houses around Skyrim.

 

From what i can tell only way to do this right without the current ability of C-KIT, I don't see any other tools to help me out; So i'm playing this by ear and internet blogs; Im seeking out Object ID's and trying to find 'Walls, Window Frames/Windows, Wooden Floors, Underground COC Trap doors; etc, The list is really endless, Im basically building a standard House with many many features within it.

 

I have the goal of this tho; To find the Ids and get my own House built and modded BEFORE CK is released to feel like i've done it without the easy part.

 

But like most people I need help;

 

Does anyone know the ID's of

• Wall
  
• Wooden Flooring
  
• Window Frames
  
• Window Panes
  
• Dropping a COC Teleport on a Trapdoor etc
  
• Carpet, Wall hanging etc
  
• Floor Fire Pits w/ Bricked layout
  
• Manakins (I can't find the stands ANYWHERE)
  

 

I know the commands for setting this up; Just tryna find ID's

If you are building a house interior out in the Worldspace, you will be in for a huge let down. Weather and world lighting will happen in your interior spaces, meaning it will rain, snow, blow leaves, all of that will happen inside your house. There are other reasons why it's a bad idea that I won't go into, but this is a large reason why interiors are created in their own cells.

 

If you are hell bent on practicing building things in the world with the console, then practice on the inside of one of the player homes. We have a large thread dedicated to "Renovate your house with the console" that has a ton of objectIDs and other resources, I suggest you take a look at that thread, in its entirety.

 

You will also find that building with the console is going to be completely different than building proper houses and interior spaces with the toolset. It will do you no good to "master" building with the console since the cell editor in the toolset has completely different workflow and functionality.

 

My advise, be patient, the toolset is only a couple days away.

Skyedit is horrible with that since it doesn't handle CELL REF records well. TESSnip is much more efficient at finding object IDs.

I made a little upgrade on Anise's Cabin/House beside Riverwood and tried adding in a seperate underground area that has teleports within it to send you to the Holds through-out the game however i don't know the command for dropping it.

 

The walls, well i don't seem to know how to drop the walls/spawn them the command Placeatme or even Player.placeatme don't register those type of 'Objects' I moved and deleted a lot of stuff including anise and a few trees/rocks and spawned a bunch of helpful stuff, So i know it could be done but you can see why im trying to do this before...Tommorow lol - doesn't seem even worth it does it. eh. I guess i failed my goal - But i will make one hella house with CK :)
