No one knows the actual time of the release but bethesda announced it's tomorrow (today), so it seems we need to be patient for just a bit more. COME OOOOOONNNN!!!!!!!they have already released it long ago, but its hard to find unless you know where to look. Go tot he "tools" area on steam to find it.
