Triforce1
I agree; Midas spells are perfect for that. But he seems to want a mod that will meake him cool and powerful with minimal work. I got rid of Midas very fast because of the insane amount of time and cash and resources you have to put in to get only a few spells. It took me three days just to get the cheese atronach. Hilarious, but who wants to take three days for one spell?
ryanmihalic
The one mod that makes my character practically invincible in a round-about way is the Unlimited Amulets &_or Rings mod (http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10140). I don't think the original purpose was to make the character basically unstoppable, but what has happened is that I have equipped so many enhanced rings, amulets, necklaces, etc that the only ways my char takes damage is by getting hit with an arrow or falling some great distance. All other damage is reflected, all spells are absorbed &/or reflected, & no elemental attack causes harm in anyway. So, I guess this is an unintentional god-mod due to what can be done with it. However, it really sucks when a quest forces you to completely disrobe & then, when you get all your crap back, you have to re-equip all of the rings/amulets! Another mod that I've found to make your attacks eat the victim alive is the Soul of Ilithiel mod (http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10090). Place this thing on your weapon of choice & watch your enemies crumble under its incredible scripting!!!
nosisab
Another mod that I've found to make your attacks eat the victim alive is the Soul of Ilithiel mod (http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10090). Place this thing on your weapon of choice & watch your enemies crumble under its incredible scripting!!! Thanks to your hint i take a look on that mod as the concept is somewhat akin of my own mod Afinity. There are similarities and differences in the approach, Afinity uses the statistics of the PC to adjust its base damage, speed and reach as it's 'physical' properties, and again use a somewhat randomized test to calculate it's 'magical' damage. Such damage is not elemental based but acts directly in the foe health, ignoring armor and magical defenses. If the enemy is unlucky this magical damage is increased and will pushaway him to an extent... if the foe is very unlucky he will just be killed on hit. But one major difference of concepts is that Afinity is designed to be balanced to level one characters as to at any level, care being took just to minimize the chance of the weapon becoming overpower, so killing the challenge. Other difference being using potions or spells that boosts the correct stats enhances the weapon, as the PC being drained on this same attributes will affect negatively the power of the weapon. Very interesting and creative the Soul of Ilithiel mod, I'll be downloading and testing it asap.
SGTBOB
You guys sure have some strange ideas of what makes you feel powerful and deadly my favorite is saurons armortheres nothing quite like aggroing all the gaurds in imperial city and then sending them flying(literaly!) from your presence i mean i just waste all the imperial gaurds(see this youtube example) and then eventualy the one that makes me feel coolest will be the boba fett armor and crysis armor(coming out soon)then maybe clone commando armor someday
ryanmihalic
You guys sure have some strange ideas of what makes you feel powerful and deadly No doubt...but I prefer the "simple & elegant, yet ungodly powerful" look/feel for my character. I do have the Sauron armor installed though, & it makes for some "interesting" screenshots...
hamdragon2
I like small stat enhancer's with cheats/console commands (which ever you prefer) AND Midas Magic. It gives this feel that you can summon a balrog on any enemy you want, plus not feel like you are overpowered because it will turn on you later. I once trapped myself in a Water Globe, and a glich appered and it didn't go away. :verymad: same feeling as as the balrog Midas Magic just seems the ultimate mod, and that's before the beholden and the prime morpholith mini-quests
nosisab
Midas Magic just seems the ultimate mod, and that's before the beholden and the prime morpholith mini-quests  No doubts here when we are talking about magic, even when a magic seems inoffensive at first glance, there are things a creative mage can do that operate wonders. Or just is so powerful in its apparent simplicity that most of times is not even perceived. There is a magic, simple and easy to obtain, one I even avoid using as it is so powerful than kill all challenge, this one being the Tractor Beam. Ever tried using it against enemies in the arena? just not fair :) Stealth ones can use it, pull a foe among his peers, and yet striking him for the stealth bonus. Not enough? tractor beam him again and again hit him for stealth bonus ... as tractor beam acts in a way that the target becomes unaware of you, even if he is facing you (I reported this issue, but I don't really know if it was maintained as a acceptable and justified effect, as tractor beam would disturb the target awareness). Repeat to all other enemies, one by one, and 'that is all folks' to then. And is not even need do say about using detect life and Heat beam to fry enemies behind obstacles (including walls). Snippers will never more be a bothering factor to you. Edit: Tractor beam is so powerful than in some seldom situations will pull even whole parts of the cell :) leaving holes to nowhere in so doing. Triforce1
I have found the best mod ever! It's called the Daedric Chainsaw (Or Killer Chainsaw). I am too tired to place a link, so just seach "chainsaw" under TESnexus.com. You can beat down a Daedroth with two swings, and the blades actually rotate! What more can you ask for?! madman132
my own cheat mod. I made a Sword with 200 Damage and a Bow.And a Ring whith nice bonuses, like 1000 Feather and 100% Chameleon. I got tired of the enchanted daedric sword. It looks crappy and the most damage is done by the enchantment (magic damage plus weakness to this magic, plus 1 second Soultrap). With the Soultrap enchantment and azuras star the little charge is no Problem, but the message that you trapped a Soul (or didnt) after killing of every single enemy kept bugging me. So i made up a Sword which has very high Damage.I took the Fine Steel Longsword, it posesses a simple Beauty in my Opinion. Better than the Daedric Swords. The Daedric Armor however looks quite good, so i kept it. I dont need any armor really, i am invisible. I got tired of the Coments from NPCs... "You have the Hands of a Healer!" "Yes, right here in my Backpack!"."You have my Ear, Citizen!""No, i do not! What would i want with your Ear?" Furthermore, i can Fasttravel even if the Mudcrab i saw a mile ago is still alive. Sometimes, i like to fight Enemies Face to Face. I equip the Super ring afterwards to be able to carry the Loot out. =) My Armor is normal daedric. But my selfmade Weapons make me feel mighty. From time to time, i like to pick up an iron dagger and stab Ogres to death, which takes quite some time at level 30. But the Fact i am able to be silent as a shadow, killing nearly every Enemy with one strike (except those ridiculously strong goblins) makes me feel mighty. I am the strongest Being in all of Tamriel. I did something similar in Morrowind, but since the Nerevarine is on an Expedition to Akavir my Char is the strongest being in Tamriel. Suck it, Mehrunes Dagon :D
