Malcom86
I'm trying to create a stand-alone armor using some .nif and .dds files I have got from another user. Now the question is: I understood how to create a stand-alone armor editing an existing one, so I can make it craftable and on the market. I can modify stats, ecc. but I absolutely don't understand how to apply textures to the armor !!Can someone explain me ? Thanks !!!!
BlazeLeeDragon
You'll need to open it with nifskope, and then go under bsshaders and shaders, and then expand and choose the location of your textures. does this help?

Can you explain me ? I was having some difficulty with this too, follow this guide (make sure to add the textures\armor\another\nameof.dds) <-- this was my problem had to do it manually before it found it. Hopefully this helps http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/NifSkope/Change_texture Edited February 12, 2012 by asham123
Roarian
When I first read this, I thought it meant disembodied armoursets, like ghosts. That would actually be kind of awesome.
